Biography
I was born in Rochester, Indiana, February 17, 1938 and spent most of my youth in Rochester. In 1961 I graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Education and a Commission via ROTC. In 1976 I received my Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico.
On Nov 16, 1961 I entered active duty with the Air Force at Reese Air Force Base Texas and got my wings on Dec 7, 1962. Subsequent to Pilot Training I had the following assignments:
